Body Movement 8 - 9 pm
In this course we will take a systematic approach to breaking down the hip and upper body movements commonly used in dances under the Kizomba umbrella, and learn about the basics of Tarraxinha and Douceur.
Urban Kiz 9 - 10 pm
In our progressive Urban Kiz class, we focus on core techniques to urbankiz - from walking, to pivots, starting with a basic concept and implementing in more and more difficult ways. This class is perfect for someone with little Urban Kiz experience, but still challenging if you have been dancing for years.
