As Teachers

Our primary role is to empower you on your dance journey. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality instruction, whether we are teaching here in our home city of Amsterdam or internationally in your city

Collaboration: When invited to teach at annual events, we work closely with international organizers to ensure a seamless and successful weekend. We pride ourselves on being reliable, professional partners and see ourselves as proud ambassadors for our Amsterdam (and Canadian? still?) dance community on the global stage.
Respect as a Cornerstone: Every dancer deserves to feel safe and valued. We understand how difficult and scary it be to step into the partner dance world, and we put care and thought into making our classes a place for everyone.

As Dancers

A Drive to Evolve: We are constantly pushing our own boundaries, seeking out new challenges and perspectives to deepen our understanding and creativity.
Humility in Growth: We recognize that there is always more to learn. We approach our own practice with humility, open to feedback and new ideas from our peers and mentors.

Giving Back: We are passionate about investing in our community. For us, this means creating opportunities for dancers to connect, grow, in an inclusive and welcoming space.
Supporting Our Peers: We actively support other artists, organizers, and dancers. We believe a rising tide lifts all boats and that collaboration & friendly competition, is the key to a vibrant scene.
Building Bridges: We strive to be positive ambassadors for the Amsterdam kizomba scene, fostering connections and building a welcoming environment for dancers from all over the world.
